R50p - fully tested and working for sale

#1 Post by wujstefan » Mon Apr 24, 2017 12:23 pm

As in topic - I have found a R50p some time ago in not the prettiest cosmethic condition, but decided to take it. After lying 6 month on the shelf I must say the day in which I start restoring this one may not come, especially that I have my R50e project completed. So maybe someone else will take a charge of this task.

It has a 100% working, tested motherboard and a yellow UXGA (unfortunately) flexview. No RAM, HDD, HDD caddy. Has a working, but weak battery (~10Wh left). Can provide pics if needed.

Since I have absolutely _NO_ idea about how much it's worth. Since it's historical I will accept $45. Will of course consider any other options since I don't need this one, and have no idea on how to price this one.

If other parts needed, I have a box of R50/e parts that will possibly fit R50p.

So would all of us....
Thinkpad4by3's Law of the Universe.

The efficiency of two screens equally sized with equal numbers if pixels are equal. The time spent by a 4:3 user complaining about 16:9 is proportional to the inefficiency working with a 16:9 display, therefore the amount of useful work extracted is equal.
