It lives in Program Files\RotateImage, and claims to be from Ricoh. Any idea of what it is, and what it does?
Some searching suggests that it turns up on a lot of Lenovo systems.

Re: what is RCIMGDIR.EXE in Startup folder?
Funny I found this yesterday when I was looking at my list of start up apps, but I haven't found a good answer to this question either.
Re: what is RCIMGDIR.EXE in Startup folder?
C:\Program Files (x86)\RotateImage\RCIMGDIR.exe seems to be related to the integrated camera which is by Ricoh. My T500 is running Vista Sp1 x64 and was having problems with it. I wasn't planning on using the built-in webcam anyway so I uninstalled anything related to the integrated camera (including 'Camera Center'). It seems to be fine now.
