Friends ,
Here in India Its Very Hot .When i purchased my second hand T43 i had to replace the Fan heatsink assembly .The Fan Seems To Be Some Cheapo Chinese Brand Not Sure Whats It Now .Now After a Few Month It Started Acting Up And Finally i Can See It Started Hitting On The Headsink Body Seems To Me the Spindles Rod Has Come Out Of The Plastic Body [ Or Might Be It Was Like This Only And Its Just End of Life For It ] .My Laptop is The 14.1" Square Model .Could Someone Suggest me a good replacement .I also need The New Keyboard Some Keys Are Acting Up .A US Keyboard Would Do .Here in india its very dusty and hot .I always take excellent care of my laptop and keep all the vents clean like new .
PS : i have also seen some people advertise just the fan ,How can one change just that the iron of the fan is riveted like to the body of the heatsink .is there a way to do this

You grind off the little metal rivets which poke through the top of the copper coloured heatsink making sure you remove as little of the "copper" metal as possible,
Rit the new fan in its place and gently tap the new rivets in place to secure it to the heatsink.
