So, the blink of death is well documented in the T20-T22 series but is there any info on causes/fixes on the Bod for T23's? My T23 is exhibiting the BoD symptoms out of nowhere. I did manage to get it back up and running briefly, but currently it's back to the BoD state. Any ideas?

I've had my fair share of T23 systems over the years :P and so far I've yet to encounter one with the classic BoD symptom. My guess would be that your MiniPCI card is hanging things up. Pull it and see if you can get a consistent power up.

Yeah, did that already. Stripped it down to the barest setup and no difference. No beep codes without the sodimms in either. When I pull the CMOS battery from the system and then power it on, there's a one second delay from pressing the button to power on. With the CMOS battery in it's nearly instant. It's not that big of a deal to get it back up and running since it's already been replaced by a T42, but if I can get it going again it would be nice.

Hmm.. that leaves the infamous loose inductor problem. Try holding the front left corner with your left hand, fingers on the bottom of the system pressing up underneath the PCMCIA slots and the thumb slightly twisting the top corner down.

Yeah already took care of the inductors. When I bought the laptop years ago, that's what was wrong with it. Honestly, it's not that big a deal to get it back up and running.
