Having restored my T60p to a new harddrive, some old/new problems remain:

(1) I happen to see sudden problems originating from ati-firegl- drivers: they seem to fail from time to time, display being immediately restored by Windows.

(2) I happen to feel uneasy with automatic updates from lenovo, graphics-drivers are obviousily outdated and not cared for,

(3) some updates (synaptics/trackpoint, bluetooth) will run with inconsistent results

(4) fading out Lenovo PC-Doc may well be ok, but the replacement-software is not yet equally functional
Any other ...

help and hints to solutions till very welcome
(5) Akku/battery-handling is not reliable, irritating to say the least..
