T60p - r2r.exe stopped working

Can anyone direct me to a solution for this intermitent issue. Not sure if it's my router (Westell), or my lan card. Any help is appreciated. No other issues with the notebook. Vista 32, SP1 installed.

Also intermittent parity errors and BSOD..........
