as shown above, how would I able to restore it back to normal?
do I need to replace with a working panel?
any cheaper solution?

Mod edit: replace d picture with a link, pictures should not be more than 50kb.

Some of the column-drivers have broken loose from the LCD's electronics panel.
To fix this, you need to replace the LCD.

so it is unavoidable to replace it.

any reliable lcd seller for this model that is shipping to malaysia that you would recommend?

on ebay, cost of lcd including shipping is almost half price of a refurbished X60s here

Here's a reliable seller in batu pahat, johor, Malaysia: http://www.ebay.com.my/itm/IBM-LENOVO-X ... 20ba46da6f
If he's near you, you may save on shipping.
