My X40 randomly beeps while I type. Is there any way to turn this off?

this cause battery charging

you can check your battery is charging or not from main power

if yes you can change options of battery and thick enable to disable

It happens when it's not charging. It especially happens when I'm typing really fast and I hit two keys at the same time or something.

Yes! I have the same problem! It's as if hitting two keys in quick succession will cause a beep to happen (though it is rare). Actually, it's more like a *boop*. :) I haven't been able to reliably reproduce it on demand yet.

The annoying thing about it is that if I have headphones on and I'm listening to some music or watching a video, the beep is WAY louder than my music, which hurts my ears sometimes.

Try pressing d, f, g key (all must be pressed). Then when you press down the key your TP should beep. I don't know why exactly it does this, but many keyboards do it. And there are many other key combinations like that. I don't know how to turn it off, but if you mute your sound, you also mute the beep.

Yes, you're right. "h,j,k" or "e,r,t" or "c,v,b" also does it. I guess when I'm typing really fast, i sometimes hit all three of these keys at once. Usually I have my sound muted but sometimes I'm listening to music on my headphones and typing at the same time, so I hear the beeps. The beeps are way louder w/ headphones on, btw, even at 3-5 bars on the volume control.
