Can't be done due to driver issues.

You should just install virtual machine emulator. Parallels has just announced support for Os X Lion.

Maybe you c,
an try installing SL 10.6.8 on it using iBoot (like I did) and update to lion with the iBoot startup disk.
Mac is fun on the ThinkPad ( I got a 10.6/WIN7 dual-boot) but WiFi, Bluetooth and WWAN do not work. Printers are also really hard to install and the kernel sometimes panics when I try to insert a USB Flashdrive/Harddrive. Hope this helps but if you really want to have a stable Lion, get a Mac.

Best of Luck,
