i have a Lenovo Z570, just so everyone gets the picture, it has super sensitive Mute, Volume up, Volume down, Theater and thermal management buttons above the keyboard.
since buying the laptop i have noticed that the mute button gets pressed without me pressing it, i don't know if the cause that i have found is liked, but i would love to have some insight into this issue.
i have found that moving the screen causes the mute button to get pressed or triggered, from what i can work out it must be the screen putting pressure on the pins/hinges and causing the laptop to flex, so presses the button.
i have also noticed that these buttons get pressed even if i haven't touched them, but hover my finger over them 1-2mm above, which is also causing issues because the buttons get pressed 2-3 times when i only actually pressed it once.
