X20x Tablet AFFS displays - do they flicker at 100% brightness?

#1 Post by xsixt » Sun May 15, 2016 11:07 am

Most of the good displays (e.g. T60/T60P IPS LG.Philips & ID-Tech), won't modulate the backlight at 100% brightness, meaning it's flicker free as long as the brightness is maxed.

Does anyone know if the X20x Tablet AFFS displays are the same?

I was considering purchasing a CCFL Hydis variant - HV121WX4.

I know for sure the TN X20x panels flicker, even at 100% (e.g. LTN121AT03).
