UltraZoom crashing, any solutions?

#1 Post by Sense » Tue Sep 01, 2015 2:55 pm

When I am using an extra monitor to extend my display (i.e. dual screen setup), I like to use the [Fn] + [spacebar] hotkey to maximize the window I'm currently looking at to the secondary screen. It works great the first time but the program crashes after that.

The error message I'm getting:
"ThinkPad UltraZoom has stopped working. Windows is checking for a solution to the problem"

Program that's crashing:
C:\Program Files\Lenovo\ZOOM\TpScrex.exe

Any ideas?

The culprit was auto scroll utility. UltraZoom and auto scroll are tied together. Simply reinstalling UltraZoom didn't fix the problem. But uninstalling "lenovo auto scroll utility" AND "ultrazoom" and reinstalling them both fixed it!
