You mean something like this: http://www.ebay.com/itm/221516534172
It might also help to know what type of power are you talking about (AC vs. DC), the voltage and if there's a special plug you have in mind.

Thats almost it, but I need it backwards.
Need to feed the power from outside the case, to the inside.

Re: Desktop, power thinging.........
I need to put at least 2 voltages and a ground from an exterior power source, neatly into the case from the rear. Thought about a 1/4 stereo headphone plug but that requires some custom work.

Re: Desktop, power thinging.........
Not to mention some care to prevent accidental shorting of the power to ground (or other power); exposed voltages on the surface of a 1/4" stereo plug is not good, nor is the thought if it being inserted into a socket and having the tip contact both the ground and the ring connections on the way in. Am I to assume that you are building your own connector or are you using something that already exists as a "standard"? In other words, exactly what are you trying to feed into your desktop and what is being powered through this connection?
And you could still possibly use the eBay item I referenced if you are going to custom wire the connections anyway. The only "problem" that you could have is that since you are providing power from outside the computer, the male plug supplying the voltages will be exposed. Not so much as the stereo plug you were considering, but at least the contacts are fixed in place, shielded somewhat, and could not be inserted backwards (the Molex plugs and sockets are keyed). Certainly using a female connector to supply the external voltages is preferred as those connectors typically are better shielded from getting into accidental contact with extraneous metal (like ground).
edit: And here's some things to look through:

If you look at the 2nd picture in that listing, you will notice that yes - the middle connector is a male molex connector.
Good luck with your project.
