Anyone have the 560x HDD iso

so not too long ago i got a thinkpad 560x with no hdd and no accessories(fdd drive cd rom) i got a new drive for it but i cant install an os as i dont have a way to install dos. So my idea is to try to find an iso of the HDD in the 560x and flash it onto a blank drive using balena or rufus. Either if someone has a link to an archive or if someone is willing enough to extract the files from their own 560x.
