IdeaPad K1 tablet Email question

#1 Post by mngtplayer » Wed Jul 27, 2011 3:31 pm

I have multiple email accounts setup on my new IdeaPad. How do I toggle between the accounts, so I can check emails from each of the accounts? As it stands right now, I can only view emails from the account that I last received an email from. For example, I have an exchange account, Gmail and yahoo. If I receive an email from my yahoo account I have no way to access my other accounts until I receive a new email from one of the other accounts. Then, lets say I receive an email from my Gmail account, now I am unable to access the other two accounts.

Please help, I am sure this is a user error.

I would recommend you give k-9 mail from the android market a try. Its one of the most full-featured email clients and supports multiple email accounts very well.

I was having the same issue, I ran the system update, now I can switch accounts. Be warned, the system update will erase everything and return it to factory defaults so backup anything you want to save.

PS It also officailly supports Netflix after the update.

The system update did it for me and good thing that I was able to get to the warning on how they are going to be erased and almost return to the original state as if it were new.

Such a pity to those who lost a lot of their items from before with the problem in their mail client but I am guessing that is something that could have been dealt with and actually considered, either way.
