T440s headphone socket replacement

Recently my T440s fell and since then the audio socket is defective. It's pretty easy to replace it if you're handy with a soldering iron, so I'm looking for a replacement. Unfortunately the part does not bear any markings that leads to results (only the number 140709).

The closest visual match I've found is a Foxconn JA6333L, but it's not completely the same. The part on my machine has an extra pin in the center of the back.

Is there anyone who would be able to help me find this part? It could be that this is the same kind as on the T440 and T440p, and perhaps many others with a combined headphone/microphone jack.

I managed to fix the old headphone socket. Not the cleanest solution but it works. If anyone finds a supplier for a replacement I'd still be interested.
