T430s 3-1-1-3 beep

I get 3-1-1-3 beep and black screen on t430s. Devices from pci slots out, ivyrain bios was work good for long time.

What to do?

You sure that's not 1-3-3-1?
Those mean that you have memory module(s) problems.
Reseat or replace them.

Sure 3-1-1-3, without memory beep little sharper the 1-3-3-1. There wasn't allowed modificate bios config before error, restarted double and get back prevoius uefi config. VID voltage was lower tgan than normal minim 1.1-1.25v runed on 0.92-0.94v. Performace was too low before was hot but. regulated ownself normaly without problem.
