Hi All,

Just wanted to say I had a great help from Brad and an excellent transaction with him. The motherboard on my T42p got a bad static zap and I had to replace the board. Brad offered help and a replacement board right away when I asked for some help from members. He was helpful as I tried to diagnose the problem and then when I determined I needed a new board was very fast in sending me the board. He even sent along his USB floppy drive and floppy disk with software to reset the serial number and also sent along some thermal grease too. Overall, an excellent member and he helped make the repair of my laptop fast and gave me the confidence that I could do the repair myself. Thanks Brad!

Just received a very tidy T60 today from underclocker - all good, exactly as described, super-clean (both cosmetic and config), properly packed, even got here in less than a week (although some credit should probably go to USPS and NZ Post too )

And as I hadn't spotted this thread before, I should also thank ajkula66 for an equally swift transaction on a wi-fi card last year, even if he tried to talk himself out of the sale by providing great advice on what I could do to check the old card !
