After write firmware in new chip bios (MX 25L8005M2C) and place in notebook
has lost
System unit serial number: INVALID
System board serial number: INVALID
MAC Addres local network card: <null>
UUID: 0000...........

Help me please restore serial number, MAC address and generate UUID and write to notebook

LENOVO ThinkPad SL Series Maintenance Diskette Version 1.75 and 1.76
After boot from disk and select "Set system information" show error "EEPROM is write protected"
in bios all options bios write protect disabled

downgrade firmware from 1.28 to 1.25 without results (flash in Windows 7 official utility from Lenovo support site)

help me please

I am create ThinkPad Maintenance Diskette 1.76

Boot from USB Floppy Drive
Image

Select "1. Set system identification"
Image

Select "4. Assign UUID"
Image

Select "6. Set ECA Information"
Image
