I have some spare SATA drives that should work in a T60:

64GB Samsung MCCOE64G8MPP-0VA00 1.8"SLC SSD in 2.5" carrier
80GB Fujitsu MHT2080AH 5400 rpm (IBM OEM)
100GB Hitachi HTS721010G9SA00 7200 rpm
320GB Western Digital Scorpio Black 7200 rpm
500GB Western Digital Scorpio Black WD5000BEKT 7200 rpm
640GB Western Digital Scorpio Blue WD6400BEVT 5400 rpm

What is a decent price? How much are you looking to spend?

Thanks for the replies.

I picked up a couple of 80GB drives so I'm good for now...
