Does anyone know the procedure to get this replaced? I called Lenovo this morning and got bounced back and forth between something they called "Tech support" (which was in Atlanta) and "IBM options something or other" which, to be indiscreet, did not sound like it was in Atlanta.
I got a case number from the tech support folks, but the "IBM options" people were apparently supposed to generate the RMA but did not/ could not.
I've generally had really really good luck with lenovo support, but this was pretty painful and after the third ping-pong back and forth I just gave up. ;-(
