Complete with memory, hard-drive (XP Pro Preload), DVD, AC adapter, and battery (YELLOW but holds a good charge).

I have model 2373-BU7 (1G Ethernet) or model 2373-8CU (Ethernet)

Cosmetics: All are 9+/10 cosmetic condition – no cracks or major scratches. All keyboards are excellent.

LCDs: None have dead/stuck pixels. Some may have very slight shadowing on the bottom corners of the screen but they are not noticeable with a normal background.

Testing: All of these tested 100% successfully. None of these have the GPU problem to the best of my ability to test that.

Prices include shipping to the USA. Shipping to Canada is $10 more - elsewhere is $30 more.

SOLD -- T40-201 [2373-BU7, PM 1.5GHz, 40G/5400 HD, 512M (2x 256M/PC2100)]
SOLD -- T40-202 [2373-BU7, PM 1.5GHz, 40G/5400 HD, 512M (2x 256M/PC2100)]
SOLD -- T40-240 [2373-BU7, PM 1.5GHz, 40G/5400 HD, 512M (2x 256M/PC2100)]
SOLD -- T40-251 [2373-8CU, PM 1.5GHz, 40G/5400 HD, 512M (2x 256M/PC2100)]

Optionally, I can upgrade the hard-drive. Prices are:
Add $20 - 60G/7200rpm drive
Add $20 - 80G/5400rpm drive
I'm sorry, but I don't sell the drives separate from the system.

PM me if you are interested or have questions.

If you're asking if these have the FlexView LCD's, no.

The t4x series has been a good series of systems. Whether everybody loves them or not, I don't know. The T40 was the first with the Pentium Banias CPUs, running a slower bus speed than the T41 and T42. The T41 also had Banias CPUs, though putting a Dothan CPU into a T41 makes it the same as a T42. When IBM went to the T43, they increased the bus speed again. Many people didn't like the T43s and actually preferred the T42s over the T43 systems.
Those are my thoughts and opinions - Hope that helps.
Bob

I was one of the happy customers who picked up a T42P from BobA. It was a nice machine at a nice price. Better priced and more reliable than getting something off Ebay.

Very nice offering - with great upgrade prices, too!

Do any come with internal wifi? The BU7 model shows "b" internal wifi - is it still inside?

Yes - each comes with the Intel 802.11b WiFi.

It is, and if my A31 which is also a wicked awesome price would ever sell, I would buy one of these from Bob. So y'all buy them and then maybe mine will sell. It's what happens to me all the time. :)
