I just did another careful measure again, width: 12.25 in, depth: 10.125 without 9-cell battery, 11 in with battery. Height: 1.25 front and 1.5 back. Also, my sleeve is made from anti-♦shock polyurethane, and it has good elastic, at least I can fit in one finger alone side, so I think it should OK f...

The 14'' sleeve can fit my T40 perfectly, not tight not loose. My T40 is 12.2''x10.5'' (with 9 cell battery), and about 1'' high. You can measure your T23/R31, if it is same size, it will fit in the sleeve.awong wrote:how tight of a fit is it on a t4x? Like would it fit a t23/r31 sized thinkpad with 14.1

You forget a much higher price. I guess there are so much people will go for the high-end laptops no matter how much they sale it. Good question. Actually, will this ever exist? I mean apparently the only difference between the non-p and the p were the "pro" video card and the IPS pannel... No more ...

Re: Reformatting for Vista: Does anyone have a step by step?
I have done a clean install of vista on my T60p, e.g. format the hard drive and erase everything. You can find all the thinkpad vista driver on lenovo's website. Just backup your personal data before install. Hi guys, I am thinking of installing/upgrading to Windows Vista Ultimate and i was wonderin...

Vista Standby waken up by moving nouse
I notice one different of Vista "standby" from XP, it can be waken up by moving your mouse. It is annoying, even I touch the mouse by accident.

Thanks, I will send it back tomorrow. I just checked my recalled battery, I only use 6 cycles in the past 8 months. As I said above; yes, pack your old battery in the box or boxes that the new one came in and send it back via UPS (not mail) using the label that is in the box. Won't cost you anything...

I only find 2 labels and one order sheet in my box, no instruction on how should I send back the old battery. But one label is UPS shipping label with Lenovo as the receiver. So I think it mean I put the old battery in the box, and affix the new label and mail it back. are they asking for the old ba...

Got my tonight, it is a Panasonic. Manufactured February 8, 2007, 0 cycle. Most important, not wiggle! I find 2 labels inside box, one is UPS label, but no more instruction. Do I just put the old battery in, put the UPS return label, and drop at any UPS carrier? I am still waiting for my battery, I ...

Re: Lenovo to recall 205,000 Sanyo batteries
My battery has been recalled, just get a confirm email, don't know how long it will take to receive the replace battery. The website says 4 weeks.
One question, can we keep it as a spare one, the website say you can mail it old one back or take to a local authorized recycling drop-off point.
