I just did another careful measure again, width: 12.25 in, depth: 10.125 without 9-cell battery, 11 in with battery. Height: 1.25 front and 1.5 back. The 14'' sleeve can fit my T40 perfectly, not tight not loose. My T40 is 12.2''x10.5'' (with 9 cell battery), and about 1'' high. You can measure your T23/R31, if it is same size, it will fit in the sleeve.

I am afraid not. The 14'' sleeve fit my regular T40 almost no space left on each side. You can measure the width of T61 WS, post here, and I can tell you it will fit or not.

All 15'' sleeve are gone, only 14'' size left.

You can see some pictures in my original post on the top. Yes, you just pull out the laptop out of the sleeve when you need to use it.

I will quit this market, and will make clearance all I have now, three 15inch sleeve and five 14inch. For a limit of time, all sleeve is $20 shipped! Again, the shipping method will be USPS priority mail with delivery confirmation.

I think this is for saving space for the widescreen.

I am still waiting for my battery, I signed on 2/28/07. Hope I will get it this week.

My battery has been recalled, just get a confirm email, don't know how long it will take to receive the replace battery. The website says 4 weeks.
One question, can we keep it as a spare one, the website say you can mail it old one back or take to a local authorized recycling drop-off point.
