sorry, I was referring to the keyboard (of course) that it came with a Installation CD. not the minidock. Interesting thought, but if I can get it fixed I intend to keep it. If I were to return it after getting it fixed, I would be exchanging a machine that works for one that is not known to work. If I can't trust the repair service, then I have problems that returning it and buying another similar one...
