I have a T30 laptop and I installed a second Kingston 256 Ram in the second slot but when I go to Windows XP system it still read as 256 is there something wrong in the laptop? Do I need to go to the bios setting?

So do I just click on the reseal button. Will I still be able to connect to domain name which is already setup on the laptop. Clicking the reseal button won't erase that information.

I won't lose all my windows setting or any of my files that I saved on the Hard drive. What about my Outlook contacts will I lose them also if I hit the reseal button.

Problem with my Thinkvantage button on my thinkpad.
Everytime I press the Thinkvantage button nothing happens.
None of the features or menus for the thinkvantages show up at all.
I press the button a couple of times.

I have a brand new X60 laptop and my question is the CPU fan is pretty loud is there a way to adjust the noise of the fan in the Windows Settings. All the vents for my X60 laptop are not covered.

that didn't work, tried the dark room while turning on the screen. Its still black and tried the spring action button on top of the F2 button. Its not stuck and I pushed it while the laptop is on. Its still a black screen with no picture.
