make sure you're using the latest R&R. If you have recovery CDs from the old version, it won't be on those CDs, and if you recover from those CDs then your hard drive will have that old version too.

lol, umm... how come when i go to the microsoft website to download IE7, Avast pops up saying the connection is trying to download a worm? It's not the IE7 file itself, just after I hit "upgrade now" on the main website that it does this.

Aero still worked with my dual monitors, but Vista's dual monitors still need work.

the 2.00b bios is the Vista bios, which you can find a link to in a sticky in the "Vista OS" forum. I know this because I have it installed right now XP runs fine with it, too.
