If it's the same problem all you have to do to get rid of it is click the scroll button above the touchpad and they should all go away.

I noticed that, for me, it happens when I scroll with the TouchPad but manage to stop scrolling with the cursor as the scrollbar and move it away (without scrolling again), the spot that it left off on will have this problem. Weird.
