Actually I managed to solve the problem by installing the latest Intel drivers. Weird that the drivers from IBM's site won't work. With Intel drivers I have now working USB 2.0 and also the last device marked with question mark also disappeared.

If you are using the standard IBM preload, you shouldn't have any problems - it should recognize the USB 2.0 ports just fine (?)
