I see a thread on this in the T61 thread and on the official lenovo forums, they talk about firmware upgrades fixing the error 2100 message. However, there does not seem to be a fix for the OCZ at this time. Looks like the complaints are about older generation OCZ ssd drives. My situation Working =>...

yep partially bricked my t400 after bios update (from within windows) before I upgraded to ssd managed to do crisis bios recovery but took a lot of time and some (modest) skill I've been doing support for a long time; not for the faint of heart. A bad bios flash brings out the worst in panic symptoms.
