Check all of the fuses on the board. They have Fx labels near them where x is a number. My problem is F2 is open when it should be close to zero ohms when measured with an ohm meter.

Yes, that is the fuse. I had read the other thread you mention but for some reason it didn't register with me that it was the same fuse. I am not sure what caused the fuse to blow and I do understand that replacing it might cause something else to fail. At this point I have a T23 that isn't of much ...

My T23 would not power up, no POST or BIOS, so I disassembled it looking for loose inductors or bad fuses. I checked all of the fuses with a DMM and F2 (next to J5) is open. The fuse is clear with copper visible at both ends. It has the letters FU screened on the top. I have not removed it so I do n...
