Now that CRTs have essentially disappeared from the marketplace, there's a technology gap for people who want an inexpensive monitor with a wide color gamut and wide contrast range. The least expensive solution would be to buy a used CRT, or somehow locate a new CRT. With its combination of price, c...

Very Cool Lenovo ThinkPad Commercial
Here's a YouTube link for what must be the best commercial ever for a brand of notebook computers: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zGc1LrRoDW4 . I wonder if my X60s will bend like that if I throw it against a wall.

Re: X60/X61 tablet SD Slot. SDHC? Highest cap. card accept
Anybody try putting high capacity cards in it, like 2GB or 4GB? I use 2GB SD cards with my X60s all the time. No problems with the SanDisk, Kingston, and Lexar SD cards I've tried. The slot doesn't work with my MMC cards, which are slightly thinner than SD cards. I haven't tried any SDHC cards. Sin...

It's my understanding from meeting with SanDisk as recent tradeshows that standard SD cards can't go beyond 2GB. Any 4GB SD card would have to be a SDHC card, and the device would need to be compatible with SDHC cards (either natively or through a driver update). DavidE www.davidenglish.com www.clas...

Oh, well, I figured it was worth a try. So VZAccess Manager isn't Vista compatible, and you're supposed to use ThinkVantage Access Connections exclusively for the WAN modem? That would leave a void. Re: Bluetooth Blackberry Connection
It's not an issue with the driver. Your BlackBerry doesn't support the profile needed to make the connection. I have a BlackBerry 7290 and a X60s, and I'm in the same boat. I can connect them for cellular data via USB, but not via Bluetooth.

No LCD screen will look as good at lower resolutions as it will at the native resolution. It's just the nature of the beast. The size of each pixel can vary on a CRT monitor; the pixel size is fixed on a LCD monitor. That's why the native resolution is never listed with a CRT, and it's almost always...
