just boot from the xp cd, do repair console and run fixmbr on your C: partition. Should be good from then.

It may depend on your CC.

I wasn't charged but my remaining credit has gone down by the amount of the laptop. I imagine it'll be added to my balance when it goes through. I've already gone through two pay periods with it on my card and I haven't had to actually pay for it yet.

You can look into Matrox's external vga splitter solutions like dualhead2go which would let you do what you're asking (assuming the X6x can handle the resolution).

your best bet is to get 512mb configured with the system and get an aftermarket 2gb stick which you add to later if you want. I just picked up 2x2gb for 84 each (that OCZ special on outpost). Computer vendor ram is always way overpriced.

When I talked to a CSR today he said that shipping times were about 1-2 weeks on the X61T's.. I'm not sure if that's accurate though.

There are various applications that will let you "visualize" drive space usage. This may help you track down the folders that are using the space, and eventually the source of the files.
