To anybody wondering I ordered an installed 41v9932 fan into 41w6407 heatpipe and everything fits and works perfect.
The temperatures are same as before(t60p with t7200 c2d and firegl v5250).

I would like to know that too.

My fan just died and I have 41w6407 inside, buying the just the 41v9932 fan would be a lot cheaper. So if anybody knows plz reply.

well, looks like xrandr doesn't work with fglrx driver. so if somebody could post xorg.conf file with dual-head and external lcd as primary display(extended desktop), plz plz plz i just can't get it to work :( just hate ATI and the card im stuck with, never should I bought it so to every linux user ...

i installed kubuntu 8.10, am owner of t60p and pluged in samsung t220 on vga port with no proprietry driver xrandr can see both monitors, but if i change from "clone" to "left of" or "right of" nothing happens with driver enabled (what i want) xrandr doesn't even see both my monitors, it just displa...

ubuntu 7.04 t60p temperatures

as the topic says im runing ubuntu 7.04 everything works but the temperatures are higher than on windows? i run most of the time my t60p on 1ghz and firegl on lowest freq, under some programing etc. the temperatures get to: CPU 49 °C and GPU 62 °C while the fan is in state 1(cca 3k rpm) under linux ...
