I just shutdown, got the blue screen, turned off/on, and went to event viewer. I don't see any errors listed under the system category. All the entries listed are successful.

I did a clean install of XP on my R61, but I seem to have gotten this blue screen problem at shutdown. I used the Thinkpad system update utility and Windows Update.
