Edge might work but it is still far from optimal. Note that Microsoft has decided to stop development of the EdgeHTML engine and it will use the slow and resource hungry Google Chromium [censored] instead :(

What device size? Windows 10 tablet mode is useles for devices smaller than 12", Windows 8.1 "Metro" was much better. There is no longer any good browser for small touch devices.
