download gparted , boot machine from that CD, delete all partitions (you don't need create any), then run windows XP setup again

Well, I borrow CD's from my friend who has 1871 T43, recover my HDD to original factory state, and now, I want to record my own recovery CD's, but I don't have a Start-Programs-Access IBM-Create recovery discs option. Where am I wrong?
