SOLD: $7 Lenovo Charging Tips and Dual Charging Cable for 90W Slim AC/DC Combo Adapter

Does anyone have one of these Slim AC/DC chargers? Mine was stolen ages ago. I was left with the tips and the separately bought dual Charging Cable (charge your laptop and a mobile, phone, for example). I'll also add the original case of the charger. T420 Keyboards - Why 3 FRUs per keyboard?

Hi, I'm looking to buy a new T420 keyboard. The FRUs are listed in this Keyboard service parts - ThinkPad T420, T420i page . Why are there three FRUs per language? In the old days, there used to be 3 different keyboards: ALPS, Chicony and NMB... Is this what this is all about? Which FRU corresponds ...

Thinkpad T61p 15.4" hinges broken

My Thinkpad T61p 15.4" WUXGA hinges are broken.

What part do I need to replace them?
I've noticed the Hinge assembly has two parts: Kato and Reel. What are these?

Re: BREAKING NEWS: T61 nVidia thinkpads now being repaired N/C

Is Lenovo still repairing faulty system boards, even outside the warranty?

Or coverage for support ended on March 31, 2011, as I've seen written in other forums?

Program that reads the temperature of the computer

I need a program that reads the temperature of the computer for Windows 7. I was thinking of using this gadget: http://addgadget.com/all_cpu_meter/.

Are the temperatures returned by this gadget as reliable as Thinkpad specific programs like tpfancontrol? Are there more?

Best 500GB internal hard-disk (FDE) for Thinkpad?

It's time to change my harddrive.

Which should I buy?

Is the "500 GB Hard Disk Drive, 7200rpm", which can be used in the costumization of Thinkpads, any good? What brand is it?

Also, does it have Full disk encryption? Which has?

DIMM I've replaced the DIMMs and connected an external monitor to the laptop, and I still got the same beeps so, unfortunately, th...

BIOS Error Beep - Display adapter error (MDA/CGA) ?

My T61p won't display anything. When I turn it on, I just get one long beep and two short beeps (which, according to the table in this website , - I'm assuming the BIOS is IBM - there is a Display adapter error). How can I fix this? P.S.: Before I figured out how to categorize the beeps, I've upload...

Re: Pictures of my Lenovo and Thinkpad mice

Definitely, not tank-built like the ThinkPad Bluetooth Laser Mouse . But the latter also seems to have problems. Both my ThinkPad Blueto...

Thinkpad Bluetooth Laser Mouse malfunctioning after 5 months

As anyone experienced this issue? 5/6 months after buying my first Thinkpad Bluetooth Laser Mouse, the buttons stopped being as responsive as usual. Sometimes, I had to click 3 times the left button, to make it work. Keeping the button pressed for a while didn't help either. Of course I tried repair...
