What I meant, was that PC-Doctor doesn't find any problems with the computer, when it's possible to boot.

Hi sorry for the late answer. It happens kinda random to.
Tried with at a boot able CD, and it didn't boot from it. No problem booting for the CD, if it actually starts and get's passed the bios. Tried to run the PC Doctor(in the case where it starts normally), and it didn't find anything.

I don't have one right now, but I can try when I get home. But I don't get passed the boot screen, so I don't believe it would reach the CD boot either.

I'm starting to have problems booting my t43. When i press the power on button, the fan spins up, the CD-rom makes at few click's(as normal). But then it just stops there, black screen on beep's. I checked out Lenovo's hdd firmware update and they don't have a update for WD2500BEVE. Can I get it somewhere else or do I have to live with the 2010 error...
