Re: Retrofit a T400s keyboard in an x200?
F1 and ESC position is really a pain. But you can just turn F1 into ESC through keytweak program (http://webpages.charter.net/krumsick/). In fact, I turned F1 to ESC so I don't have to read Help from MS every time I hit the wrong key, and turned CAPSLOCK to Ctrl. But if T400s keyboard fits (I doubt ...

New to X200 and Windows 7, seems slow....
Hi all, After 2 years without a real laptop, I decided to by the X200 (last one was X61 tablet). It has the Hitachi 160Gb 7200rpm, supposedly to be fast, and Windows 7 Ultimate. However, for some reason, I feel like the computer is a little sluggish whenever I move or delete a file. It's been a whil...

Re: FS: Thinkpad Parts -Batteries, Palm Rest w/ Fingerprint read
FYI, this FRU 44C9671 is only compatible with X200s, not X200 (I looked it up - 25W instead of 35W for X200, 45N4890 is for X200).

Adding webcam to X200 with WXGA screen
Hi, I just recently got a used X200 with WXGA and thinking about adding the camera option in. I'm sure it's been mentioned many times here, but the search option is horrible. I plan to get one of these: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=350271633617 Are they straightforward upgrade?...

Upgrade CPU for X61t tablet
Hi all, Just out of curiosity, is it possible to upgrade the CPU in X61t laptop? I'm eyeing this CPU: wolfdale duo core 2.53ghz http://www.newegg.com/product/product.aspx?nm_mc=AFC-TechBargains&cm_mmc=AFC-TechBargains-_-NA-_-NA-_-NA&Item=N82E16819115052 Cheap upgrade if it's possible. I know the cpu...

WTB: 4 cell battery for X61 tablet
I guess that's it. prefer a mint condition, hold more than 90% charge.
I'm looking at price range about 60-70 shipped.
PM me for reference.

Just an update, the Zero Shock Case for 12" Notebooks. My USB Slim DVD drive fits nicely inside one pocket, and the other has enough space for the power adapter, cables and mouse. I'm quite happy now that I have everything I will be needing I just got the same case for my X61 Tablet with 8 cell. It...

Turn LCD screen off in vista - Tablet X61
I assigned one of the tablet button to "Turn LCD screen off", but it never does. The screen goes off for 2 seconds and goes back on, displaying the brightness meter. I think the power plan program from Vista is interfering, but I don't know how to set it straight. Please help.
