i can't be 100% positive it is good but it came in a sealed bag with ibm on it, i opened the bag myself, i do have a compaq here that takes memory in the same stick configuration meaning it will phisicaly fit in the memory expantion slot, do you think it would hurt to try it in the compaq ?

ok i tried 1yoi04ww.exe just to see what would happen and win98se kept the driver i already had so no luck there, thanks for all the help i have another problem but i will post that in a new thread .
