I was given an old T30 that is in very good working condition but the memory cover plate is missing. Where might I find a replacement cover plate and the screw to attach it?

I have an 8891-CTO T61P with the DVD-ROM/CDRW ultrabay drive. I have had problems watching DVDs on the system from day one. I first had artifacting and program freezing with the pre-loaded version of WinDVD. I upgraded to WinDVD 8, thinking that might solve the problem. It didn't. It got worse...now...
