Re: Power Manager 3.05 always crashes ~ T60p 15" Win 7
Problem solved! Turns out the version I had installed was 1.6. I used regedit to remove all references to PWRMGR and disabled the service startup. Rebooted and ran the setup for 3.05 and it installed successfully.

Re: Power Manager 3.05 always crashes ~ T60p 15" Win 7
Instead of using System Update here, go to lenovo.com/support and key in your model number. Then look up the PM Driver (1.55) for Windows 7 (and everything before it) and then also Power Manager (3.05) for Windows 7. Make sure 3 things: 1. Make sure HotKey for your system is installed. 2. Make sure...

Re: Power Manager 3.05 always crashes ~ T60p 15" Win 7
Anyone have a suggestion on how to install Power Manager 3.05 on Win 7. I've tried several times to manually install from download and from System Update to no avail. System update says I have no previous version installed... although I have a battery gauage on my taskbar.. just that none of the men...

Re: R52 mobo into t42 problem
So is there no permanent solution for SXGA+ 14.1" LCDs? I reflowed my t42p in 10/08 and last night it started acting up on me.
It seems my option is buy a R51/52 mobo and purchase an XGA LCD. Is that correct?

I've upgraded from 40 to 80GB HDD and then from 80 to 120GB HDD using RnR full system restore and I have the hidden partition on my disks. Worked w/o an...

If you want to fix the old board jamiphar is offering a repair service for the GPU. See this thread . Thanks! That would be option except my USB ports are fickle as well and some devices cause the machine to lock up when they are plugged directly into either port.. So an upgrade will potentially so...

Upgrading to ATI GL-128MB
Ok, I think I have the loose GPU problem.. My display has weird colors and when I apply pressure to the keyboard.. it corrects itself. I have a 2378-FVU, which supposedly has a 93P4158 (39T5451) motherboard with ATI M10-64MB. I'm considering purchasing a new 39T5454 (ATI GL-128MB) but I would like s...
