If the pysical layout of your previous keyboard is the same as the damaged one's, maybe you could swap all the keys to the old one.

It was already established in the op that this is not the case for all Dell models.

I believe they should work. I seem to recall that L07 has been used in some X6* models as original screen. However, you listed L03 also, which according to it's datasheet has the wrong pin order. Yes, it's a thick sticker. There are holes in the lcd bezel underneath it, and the light comes from the inverter.
