The setup was as follows. Faulty drive in T40 hard drive slot and booted pc doctor from dvd drive. I think its a 467 series fuse!.

The size looks more like it and the coding system is the same so hopefully we've found the correct rating!. I'll try it out and see.

Unfortunately the fuses Littelfuse's although very small are about twice as wide and long as the one on the M/B. Iv'e manage to solder one on flying leads so I'll give it a try.
