GPU (nvidia) = 123.8 F
HDD = 93.2 F
thermal zone 0 = 118.4F
thermal zone 1 = 98.6 F

I have a NV140M driving a 24" LG LCD (W2452T) thru a minidock. It's hooked up using the VGA connector. The T61/Vista OS detects it at boot and auto sets the resolution to 1920x1200. The Thinkpad has a WXGA lcd.

This is an amazing combination.

Picked up a T61 with the nvidia Quadro NVS 140M (128MB). Can the video ram be increased to 256M or 512M? There does not seem to a lot of tech info on this GPU.....
