Change the BIOS to NOT report keyboard errors. Are you using a dock by any chance? These cause that error sometimes. I've got the same problem with a t43p: it starts for a few seconds and then shuts down.
If the t43p is connected only with external monitor works fine: i think the problem is on motherboard and not in the panel lcd.
Suggesting?
