We did swap each new module to slot-0 and both new purchased RAM worked the wifi. It became faulty when putting the new 2GB to slot-1 that make the wifi radio not working. Do I have to upgrade the BIOS? But its already upgraded using Lenovo's system upgrade. Thanks..

I upgraded the RAM on Lenovo X200 (745533A) from factory 2GB PC3-8500 to 4GB PC3-8500. Checked the BIOS and it recognized the new 4GB memory.
