Update - the board arrived is fitted and working fine. 'Superior Reball' have done an excellent job.

Just had the board back - waiting for some thermal pads to be delivered before I can fit and test it. On that note has anyone tried replacing the thermal pads - three on my G4 with a thermal paste? I usually use Arctic Silver 5.
