To be honest I am not familiar with Linux at all, so I can't comment on this one..but I can say that it has worked pretty well on Windows 7 without faults or issues.

Hi Cros, I wish I knew the answer to this one...what I am sure of, is that I am having the expandable antenna on the laptop's right hand side of the screen bezel, and that there is one antenna connected to the MC8775...hope this helps...if not, I 'll try and take some pics next time I open the lapto...
