Do I need IBM Director. It seems to be causing my T41 some problems. I can't delete it, however. Any help would be appreciated.

I don't know how it works where you are, but back in the back of the store there were some offices and I think the guys title was something like "Business Sales" he was very friendly and easy to deal with. I had my T41 the next day.

Every time I boot up I get the following, or a variation thereof:

NIC in PCI Bus 3, Slot 1 is Off Line
NIC in PCI Bus 2, Slot 1 is Off Line
NIC in Port 1 is Off Line

Can someone please help me get rid of these annoyances?

I have a Think Pad T41.
